A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us ahead of time, your deposit will be forfeited and we will no longer be able to accept future bookings from you.
Our time is valuable, and we are committed to serving clients who respect our schedule as much as we respect theirs.
We do not offer monetary refunds for any services rendered.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment with your original stylist to ensure you’re happy with the result.
Requests made after the 48-hour window will not be considered for a complimentary revision and may be subject to additional charges.
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the scheduled wedding date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. This policy ensures our team can accommodate all clients fairly and allows us to reserve your date with confidence.
